Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are looking for an organized and motivated ERP Assistant Project Manager to support our ERP implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation to track project progress.
Stakeholder Coordination:Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate meetings.
Task Management:Help assign tasks to team members and monitor progress, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
Data Management:Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and change requests.
Risk Identification:Assist in identifying potential project risks and issues, helping to develop mitigation strategies.
Training Coordination:Support the planning and execution of training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are adequately prepared for system changes.
Reporting:Prepare regular reports on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any roadblocks encountered.
Continuous Improvement:Contribute to the evaluation of current ERP processes, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as they will be guided and led by a Project Manager.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
