ERP/CRM Technical Project Manager(Contract Basic)We are looking for a qualified ERP/CRM Technical Project Manager to oversee the deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software platforms for our clients. This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be stationed in the client's workspace/ Office / Hybrid.
Strong knowledge and experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRMand other related technologies.
Responsibilities:Advise on solution architecture and provide technical guidance.
Advise on system architecture and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, identifying the root cause of problems and developing solutions to fix them.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for the system and communicate these requirements to developers and consultants.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful platform deployment and ongoing support.
Develop and manage the budget for the project.
Develop project plans and timelines, and manage the project team to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure that the system is properly maintained, monitored, and supported.
Ensure successful deployment of the system and proper integration with other technology infrastructure components.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the project and the system.
Monitor system performance and availability.
Oversee the entire process of deploying the ERP/CRM software platform.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ERP/CRM platform.
Oversee ongoing maintenance and support provided by developers and consultants to ensure system stability and reliability, and promptly address any issues that arise.
Provide oversight and guidance to developers and consultants during the system design phase to ensure it aligns with the organization's requirements and technology strategy.
Test and validate the system to ensure it meets business requirements.
Train end-users on the system and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
