Why You'll Love This Role: As a Financial Functional Consultant, you'll be a key contributor in guiding businesses through their ERP journey, from pre sales activities to post-implementation support.
Your role will involve: Participating in pre sales engagements, presenting solutions that align with client needs.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into actionable system configurations.
Conducting user requirement gathering workshops and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Leading system configuration based on signed-off business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Working with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
Assisting in preparing test scenarios and scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitating end-to-end testing.
Conducting UAT to ensure the ERP solution meets performance expectations.
Providing ongoing post-implementation support, ensuring users maximize system functionality.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP and financial technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Financial expertise is essential, with knowledge of distribution and manufacturing processes as a plus.
Experience with accounting responsibilities is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
