Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Specialist / Customer Service professional to support our largest customer.
This role requires a proactive approach to managing data, processing purchase orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders remotely and maintain accurate records.
Export and analyze database information using Excel, identifying discrepancies or required updates.
Update customer databases with comments and changes.
Ensure all activities comply with company standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula functions and data analysis.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Experience with customer online databases is a plus.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and double-check work.
Capable of passing a background check.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with PDF editing software such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
Experience with Windows operating systems and Outlook email.
