Environment & Sustainability Consulting (Consulting & Strategy)
Environment, Safety & Health Management Systems (ESHMS)
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant ESH laws and regulations.
Liaise with the ESH Department on planning, coordinating and implementing effective environmental policies, procedures and guidelines following ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Assist in coordinating ESHMS programs, internal audits and Management Review data collection.
Provide support and collaboration with Certification Bodies and external auditors during the ESHMS certification and surveillance audits.
Follow-up and close out on any NCs/findings identified during internal and external ESHMS audits.
Provide support in raising ESHMS awareness to employees and External Providers.
Assist in maintaining all ESHMS documented information.
Provide training/awareness on the EMS/OHSMS to all employees yearly.
Quality Management System (QMS)
Assist in planning of the QMS established by the Group and its subsidiaries.
Manage documents and facilitate arrangements of internal/external audits with regards to the QMS.
Monitor nonconformance reports and follow-up on the corrective actions relevant to the QMS.
Monitor the company's quality risk management and follow-up on the mitigation plans.
Compile all relevant data and records pertaining to the QMS for the Management Review Report.
Sustainability Reporting
Manage the preparation of corporate communication materials including the Sustainability Statement, website information, stakeholder engagements and materiality assessments.
Communicate and promote sustainability initiatives and programs to employees of the Group.
Participate in the development of a sustainability communication strategy.
Assist with data collection for sustainability reporting across the Group, support analysis, reporting on performance and explore opportunities to improve data collection process and quality.
Keep up-to-date with developments in Bursa Malaysia's sustainability reporting framework and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standards.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Management
Prepare materials and conduct the ABC awareness for employees and External Providers.
Monitor and update legal and regulatory developments.
Maintain all ABC-related documented information (i.e., Pledge form, ABC Program, risk assessment, policies, Letter of Award, Purchase Order TOC, external audit reports and investigation reports).
Document Control Management
Review the accuracy and completeness of documents submission for the GMD's approval.
Maintain the SOPs under the QA/QC & Compliance Department.
Provide training/awareness on Document Control Management to existing/new employees.
Maintain and compile master documents and other relevant records for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Maintain filings and controlled revision histories for both hardcopy and electronic filing.
Maintain all ISO-related documented information.
Job Requirements:
At least three (3) to five (5) years as a ESG, Compliance, Document Controller or in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Sustainability, Business, or any related field.
Familiarity with relevant ESG/sustainability regulations and trends.
Have knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, GHG accounting/protocol, Bursa Malaysia's sustainability reporting).
Familiarity with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Ability to perform audits, identify non-conformities, and suggest corrective actions.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
