Description:Skills and experience:Prior experience with usage of Lazada/Shopee seller center with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment.Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated track record.Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to work under pressure.Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.)Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way.Can deal with last-minute changes and issues and pressure situations.Requires timely decision making always – most problems being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others.Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood.Ability to work with virtual teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
