Job DescriptionDevelop and administer Ethics and Compliance online and instructor-led training for a diverse, global workforce
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) database and user accounts
Create SCORM modules using Articulate software
Upload and test SCORM modules to test LMS functionality
Develop and maintain training-related reports and statistics
Monitor LMS data integrity and resolve data inconsistencies
Work with business partners to field training-related inquiries and provide LMS user support
Perform administrative duties associated with conducting instructor-led training (including pre-training prep, scheduling, logging attendance, post-training assessments, and, as needed, coordinating travel, conference rooms, and IT setup)
Interface with local compliance champions and support the Ethics and Compliance needs of the broader Legal team
Other special projects and duties as assigned
QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Strong written and spoken English skills
Experience creating and working with SCORM courses on an LMS
Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup
Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar is a plus
Experience using Articulate software is a plus
Experience in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields is a plus
Experience working at a global company is preferred
Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects
Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work under deadline pressures
Ability to thrive in a global team environment and sensitivity to cultural differences
Position requires little to no travel
