-Help develop event concepts and themes based on client needs or internal requirements.
-Research and suggest potential event venues, vendors, and suppliers (caterers, florists, entertainment).
-Assist in creating event timelines and checklists to ensure deadlines are met.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
-Contact and liaise with vendors to confirm bookings and details, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
-Help manage vendor contracts and communications.
Logistical Support:
-Assist with venue setup and breakdown, ensuring everything is arranged according to plan.
-Help manage event registration, attendee lists, and check-in processes.
-Assist in organizing transportation or accommodations for event staff and participants.
Event Promotion:
-Support in the creation of marketing materials (digital or printed) for event promotion.
-Help with social media management by posting updates and engaging with event participants online.

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:

Skills and Experience:
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
-Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
-Previous event or customer service experience (even volunteer work) is a plus.
