Job ResponsibilityEvent Coordinator & SupportAssist in event logistics planning, including vendor coordination.
Support the development and maintenance of event budgets, tracking expenses, and managing financial records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services.
Assist in sourcing and managing event supplies, equipment, and rentals.
Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
Contribute to the development of event layouts, floor plans, and seating arrangements.
Assist with on-site event management, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
Assist with the management of part timers and staff, ensuring they are informed and well-prepared.
Event CrewSet up the sound/audio and lighting equipment and broadcast the music for the event and training.
Set up the media equipment such as video monitors, projectors, and sound systems.
Carry out the installation and adjustments of the elements of the sound and light system (microphones, loudspeakers, amplifiers) for the events.
Determine the type of sound equipment and the layout of speakers, microphones, and amplifiers according to the acoustic rendering.
Ensure all equipment remains in good working order.
Perform inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories.
Support during online and offline events/training.
Job RequirementsMinimum 1-3 years working experience.
Good command of Mandarin and English.
Physical fitness to transport and set up heavy equipment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed plans.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible, committed, have initiative, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
