Event Coordinator

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a diploma from a recognized institution.
Able to speak and understand Mandarin and English.
Fresh graduates or candidates with no working experience are also welcome.
Able to work at Ara Damansara.
Computer literate.
Good team player.
Own transportation.
Responsibilities
Assisting in pre-event preparation, planning, and communication with clients to ensure events run smoothly and accordingly.
Liaise closely with suppliers on event arrangement ordering.
Strong commitment, responsible, aggressive, organized, and independent.
Highly self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a good team player.
Be able to work flexible hours and manage tight schedules.
Able to work dynamically, under pressure, and be results-oriented.
