Event Coordinator Intern

-Venue and Equipment Setup




-Select and book suitable venues for training events.


-Ensure proper setup of the venue, including seating arrangements, projectors, microphones, and other technical requirements.


-Test all AV equipment (PA system, projectors, etc.) before each event.


2. Coordination with Trainers and Speakers



-Liaise with trainers or speakers to ensure they have all necessary materials and equipment.


-Ensure training content, presentations, and handouts are ready and accessible.


-Manage any special requests or logistical requirements from trainers.


3. Participant Management



-Manage participant registrations and attendance records.


-Handle any special requirements from participants (dietary, seating, accessibility, etc.).


4. Materials Preparation



-Ensure that all training materials (manuals, handouts, etc.) are printed and distributed.


-Maintain an inventory of materials and order new supplies when necessary.
