Event Executive

**Job Responsibility**:- Collaborate with the event coordination team to understand client objectives, goals, and event themes..- Support the creation of event concepts and designs that align with the client's vision- Develop and manage contingency plans for various event scenarios, including inclement weather or technical difficulties- Contribute to the development of event timelines, task lists, and checklists- Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative environment during team-building activities to enhance team bonding and learning- Maintain and store props and materials to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use**Position Overview**:Are you a passionate, creative, and organized individual with a keen interest in event planning and coordination?
