Event Management (Marketing & Communications)
Assist in organizing company's social, corporate and sponsorship events.
Assist marketing department on implementation of publicity project for event and function.
Maintain proper and accountable records of all events, projects and activities of the marketing division.
Work with team members to develop an annual strategic plan and budget for events, projects and activities for presentation and approval by the superior.
Implementation on the approved events and project together with the team members and within guidelines from division HOD, team leader and project leader.
Daily handling of all corporate communications, branding and media relations activities.
Daily corporate monitoring and reporting.
Assist in both internal and external official functions and programs.
Development and production of external publication.
Assist in plan, manage and execute communications, branding and sustainability programs.
Keep abreast on the development and progress in corporate communication.
Deal with the public and other parties on matters pertaining to public relations and general inquiries.
Promote Life Cafe event and build up company branding and image.
Coordinator and liaison between management and association.
Assists superior to coordinate with another departments and branches on their corporate event's needs.
Any other jobs assigned by superior to you from time to time.
Requirements:
Preferably a Degree holder in Mass Communication/Chinese Language and Linguistic/Journalism.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
Experience in conducting event will be an advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
