Job Title: Event Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive to lead the project management of training workshops, team-building activities, events, and conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of these initiatives both on-site and off-site. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead the project management of training workshops, team-building activities, events, and conferences, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

2. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.

3. Materials Production: Assist in the production of all necessary internal and external materials, including training manuals.

4. Resource Management: Manage client, vendor, trainer, and other resources to ensure successful events.

5. Venue and Logistics Coordination: Source suitable event venues, hotels, and transportation logistics to meet the specific needs of each event.

6. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Arrange hotel bookings, travel plans, and accommodations for event participants and attendees.

7. Marketing Support: Support the administration of marketing initiatives related to the events and workshops.

8. Facilitation: Act as a facilitator during events to ensure a successful and engaging experience for participants.

9. Client Interaction: Attend clients' meetings as necessary to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Admin, or any related field.
Proven experience in event planning and project management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office software and familiar with Office
365.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure
environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Based in Kuala Lumpur.
MUST have own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
