This job is for Event Executives who organize and coordinate services for corporate events.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and coordinate services for Corporate Events, Launching, Annual Dinners.
Execution for Event & Sales.
Promote Corporate Events, Launchings, and Annual Dinners to potential customers.
Meet with clients to discuss their needs and outline package options to meet these needs.
Arrange and coordinate services such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual and computer equipment, accommodation, transport, and social events for participants, as well as logistical arrangements for presenters.
Organize registration of participants.
Negotiate the type and costs of services to be provided within budget.
Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.
Job RequirementsSPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
Candidates with one year of experience in dinner and corporate events are preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate and numerate.
Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
Must have own transport.
