Event Executive (Southern Region)

**Our Company is currently expanding!****We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as Event Executive.****What you can look forward to**:- Attractive Performance Bonus- Performance appraisal twice a year- Dental/Body-checkup/Optical Benefit- Insurance Coverage**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and liaise with sales team, business partners, part time promoters to ensure all monthly promotional, projects, campaign and new product launching are operated effectively.- Recruiting the promoter, provide training, supervise, and monitoring promoter daily attendance to different retail outlets or stores.- To improve on the management of promotion's and sampling activities.- Responsible for the weekend and Public Holiday's promotional events planning and organization.- Standardized promoter's training programs.- Responsible for promotional booth, sampling tools & equipment and sales & marketing materials and tools.- To assist in marketing activities as assign by the Management.- Manage and compile all promoter claims and attendance pay.**Training & Development**- Identify training needs of promoter. Carrying out periodically on product training with sales team.- Motivating and guide promoters to achieve daily sales targets.- Reporting on outlet with promoter daily sales report.**Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Due to Nature of Business requirements)- Strong leadership, teamwork and event management skills- Strong market sense on marketing, events & promotions- Good attitude of training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill.- Highly articulate, with strong written & communication skills.- Positive, optimistic, honest and able to work in a teamwork.- Must posses own transport.- Applicants are required to work on certain weekend or public holidays.- Must willing to work at JB- **Office location : JB****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Early shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
