Event Management Executive

-Work with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements. 


-Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.


-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective event execution.


-Oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling, addressing any issues that arise.


-Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and meeting their needs.


-Track event expenses and manage the budget for financial efficiency.


-Collect feedback, analyze event success, and provide post-event reports.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management or equivalent.


-At least 1 year of working experience in event management industry is a plus.


-Willingness to work as required by event schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.


-Capability to perform tasks that may require physical exertion, such as event setup and breakdown.


-Attention to detail and problem solving skills.


-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
