Job Description:
-Event Planning and Coordination:
-Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion.
- Support the Event Team in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
2. Logistics and Operations:
- Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and teardown.
-Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and delivered on time.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in developing and implementing event marketing strategies.
- Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and update event-related content on the company's website and social media platforms.
4. On-Site Support:
-Provide on-site support during events
-Ensure smooth execution of event activities and handle any issues that arise promptly.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Help prepare event reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take on ad-hoc design tasks and projects as needed to support the team's initiatives.

; Requirements:-
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration).
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Passion for creating memorable experiences for children.
