Internship Position: Event Management Intern
Position Summary: As an Event Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of various events. You will work closely with our experienced event managers to contribute to the success of our projects and develop valuable skills in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in Event Planning:
-Collaborate with the event management team to plan and organize events from concept to completion.
-Research and source vendors, venues, and other event-related services.
-Assist in creating detailed event timelines and budgets.
-Logistical Support:
-Coordinate logistics for events, including transportation, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
-Manage inventory and supplies for events.
-Assist in on-site event coordination and troubleshooting.
-Communication and Coordination:
-Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
-Assist in maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
-Documentation and Reporting:
-Compile post-event reports, including feedback and recommendations for improvement.
-Maintain organized documentation of event details, contracts, and vendor agreements.

-Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
Duration and Compensation:
-This is a 4-6 internship position.
