Event Management Intern

? Assist event and roadshows preparation team in organizing facilities and manage all event's details such as hiring and recruiting promoter, decor, location, equipment, promotional material etc.

? Assist in monitoring and unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including chairs and building stages.

? Assist in demonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services, and distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities

? Summarizing the event and data tabulation

? Responsible for other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

-Currently pursuing or have graduated from any degree or diploma program


-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
