Senior Marketing Executive at TopGallant ShowAs a Senior Marketing Executive, you will assist our event coordinators and managers in all stages of event planning, from conception through to completion.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the entertainment industry and a keen interest in learning the dynamics of event production and management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of all logistical aspects of events.
Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate with artists, suppliers, and contractors.
Support the marketing team in promotional activities and social media campaigns for upcoming events.
Participate in site inspections and event setups, ensuring all elements conform to client specifications and expectations.
Assist in managing on-site production and clean-up for events as necessary.
Help ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at event sites.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining files.
Collect and compile feedback and data post-event to help improve future events.
Internship Period: February – May 2025
