Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: -Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers.
Help in creating event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
-Logistics Management: Support the logistics team in coordinating transportation, accommodations, and other logistical aspects of events.
Assist in managing inventory and supplies.
-Vendor and Client Relations: Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to gather information, confirm details, and ensure smooth execution of events.
Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
-Marketing and Promotion: Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns for events.
Help with outreach efforts to increase event visibility and attendance.
-On-site Event Support: Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, registration, guest management, and teardown.
Ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
-Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining event records.
Help with post-event evaluations and reporting.
