Event Planning And Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities: To assist in event planning andimplementation from time totime.Coordinate with supplier or contractor onevent management, equipment hire and organizing eventfacilities.To involve in allrelated business development activities such as organizing,attending/representative company event, product presentations,marketing material creation and otheractivities.Assist in video editing andpost-production after everyevent/activities.To assist in coordinating staffingrequirements for every event, liaising with designers on productionof marketing tools to promote theevent.Assist in on-going or ad-hoc or projectsfrom time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma inCommunication Broadcasting or equivalent.Malepreferred with at least 1 years working experience in Promotion andMarketing, Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.Computer literate and able to converse andwrite in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese &English.Independent, aggressive &outgoing. Willing to traveloutstation.Excellent organizational skills,clear communication and attention todetails.Work well as part of the team ensuringsmooth and efficient running of event.Full-Time positions available.
