They are looking to bring on board an excellent Customer Service Specialist to support their team in Tun Razak Exchange.Job Description:Plan, manage and deliver online and offline events and training smoothly, efficiently, on time and within budget.Build up and maintain effective relationships with distributors to support the growth of the network business.Good problem-solving skills to handle and resolve any issues that may arise from the event/training.Any other duties as instructed by your superior that are reasonably within your capabilities and aimed at achieving the company's objectives and goals.Requirements:Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.Proven 1-2 years' experience in Event & Training or a similar role.Excellent communication and people skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Target-driven and able to work effectively in a team environment.Willing to learn, share ideas, receive and provide feedback.Willing to work late and on weekends.Proficient in MS Office.Familiar with social media.Rewards:The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing Group that is a leader in its field of industry and offers excellent career progression opportunities locally.
