Events Client Servicing Executive

Create and implement creative strategies and initiatives for eventsFoster and cultivate client relationships through effective communication and developmentProvide exceptional customer service consistentlyCoordinate and collaborate with clients design and project teams subcontractors and prepare necessary documents for seamless operationsEnsure smooth execution of events and take initiative to resolve any issues as they ariseConduct on-site visits to inspect ongoing arrangements preparations and make necessary changes to meet client requirementsEvaluate the success of events and generate reportsVerify billing accuracy before final processing and collection of payments[Apply now at; JOB REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Events Management or related field preferredKnowledge and skills in the Creative field would be advantageousMinimum 2 years of proven experience in client servicingSales experience would be an added advantage. Sales commission provided.Experience and skills in presentation and pitching to clientsFamiliar with Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills and problem-solving abilitiesCustomer-service oriented mindsetAbility to work well in a team and lead when necessaryOpenness to learning and taking on additional responsibilitiesFluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.
