Minimum Requirements:
Good command of English (written and spoken)
4-6 years of work experience in conference production companies or events, marketing or sales (Business to Business or Business to Consumer)
Experience in organising corporate/consumer events is an advantage
Young and energetic, with own transport
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects (multi-tasking)
Honest, accountable with good follow-up and planning skills
Basic graphic editing or digital marketing platform experience is an advantage
Job Scope:
Assist in producing or conceptualising events, organising and following up on event matters
Promote conferences, seminars, webinars to potential customers
Provide support for daily tasks of the organisation
Contribute to discussions regarding the operations of the organisation
Tasks include planning, management, research, meetings, responding to customer inquiries, sales calls & follow-up
Opportunity for travel (locally and occasionally internationally once restrictions are lifted)
Convert contract role into full-time role
