Details of the offer

-Event Planning and Coordination:


-Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.


-Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, task assignments, and deadlines.


-Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, décor, catering, and entertainment.





-Vendor and Stakeholder Management:


-Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors such as caterers, AV providers, decorators, etc.


-Liaise with internal teams (marketing, PR, design) to ensure seamless execution of the event.


-Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.





-Budget Management:



-Create and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.


-Monitor expenditures and ensure all financial aspects are tracked accurately.


-Provide post-event financial reporting and analysis.


-Marketing and Event Promotion:


-Assist in developing promotional strategies for events, working closely with the marketing team.


-Coordinate event materials such as brochures, invitations, signage, and digital content.


-Oversee attendee registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists.





-Event Execution:


-Supervise event set-up and tear-down, ensuring that all logistical elements are delivered as planned.


-Troubleshoot issues on the day of the event to ensure smooth operations.


-Ensure all health, safety, and legal obligations are adhered to.





-Post-Event Follow-Up:


-Gather feedback from clients and attendees for future improvement.


-Provide detailed reports, including event performance metrics, guest attendance, and budget reconciliations.


-Handle post-event billing and ensure all vendor payments are processed.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.


-1 years of experience in event planning and coordination.


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Knowledge of event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) is a plus.


-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


-Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends when necessary.
