Events Intern

-Assist in ensuring proactive planning, communication, and scheduling of a wide variety of events.


-Work with the operation team to plan and execute all event activities to ensure successful events.


-Secure equipment, outsourcing, and rentals as needed, and help coordinate overall event execution.

; Requirements:-


-Possess at least a diploma/bachelor in Event Management / Mass Communication or equivalent.


-Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast pace environment and still meet deadlines.


-Dynamic self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


-Proficient in Mandarin and English.
