Events Sales Coordinator (Angsana Teluk Bahang, Penang)Sales And Marketing

Responsibilities Works closely with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen on engineering menus for high profitability and experiential value. Preparation of Banquet Event Orders and responsible to ensure they are issued and distributed in a timely manner and accurately. Ensure smooth running of events and related activities. Respond to requests for proposals for events including set-up, food and beverage needs, audio-visual needs, rooms and any other ancillary needs related to an event. Establishes a strong rapport with the event organisers and guests of the Hotel for return business and referral of future businesses. Listen actively to guests requests and feedbacks from the event organisers and resolve the problem before the end of the Event and/or departure of the event organisers. Requirements Well-organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities Strong communication, interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill Must be flexible to accommodate irregular or extended hours duties Capable to maintain consistent performances under pressure Result orientated Must have the right to work in Malaysia Only successful candidates will be contacted
