Responsibilities
• Coordinate sales/marketing campaigns and incentives programs• Manage onboarding process for new merchants• Create and monitor merchant performance reports• Identify merchant non-compliance and recommend improvement plans• Develop relationships with merchants and respond to their requests• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors• Coordinate and support deployment of devices/POSM materials• Ensure timely and accurate response to merchant queries• Identify and drive business growth opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in related fields• Passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment• Adaptive, multi-tasker, and attentive to detail• Forward thinking with an agile mindset• Ability to work independently• Logical and analytical problem-solving skills• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
