is on the hunt for anExecutive, Accounting & Financewho is skilled, detail-oriented, and ready to excel in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do :
Document and Payment Control : Manage and coordinate the collection of sales and purchase-related documents (e.g., invoices, shipping docs, POs, GRNs).
Payment Processing : Ensure all payment requests are supported by relevant documents and approved as per company SOPs.
Accounting System Expertise : Data entry into accounting software (e.g., SAP or other ERP tools) for accurate and timely financial records.
Financial Reporting Support : Facilitate monthly reporting by preparing and providing source documentation (invoices, payment vouchers, bank statements).
Communication : Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
Hands-on experience withSAPor similar accounting software.
At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Auditing.
Experience withfinancial reporting standardsandpayment processing systems .
Excellent organizational and communication skills in both Malay and English.
A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
