Job SummaryThe Account Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and providing critical financial insights.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to support the organization's financial health and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting:Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconciliation:Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and other financial records.
Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Tax Compliance:Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
Audit Preparation:Assist in preparing documentation and schedules required for internal and external audits.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
Vendor and Client Coordination:Manage communications with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding payments and invoices.
Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven 2-3 years experiences as an Accounting Executive, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
