Event Management (Marketing & Communications)
Attracting new event organizers and operators to host events, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows at the mall.
Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets.
Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular follow-up.
Planning and managing marketing campaigns and on-ground events (external) from planning, setup, and implementation.
Planning and managing mall promotions through collaboration with partners/tenants.
Managing the execution of the Tourist Privilege Program.
Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field of study.
Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads.
Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Familiarity with the retail mall industry is an added advantage.
