Job Summary To be based in Mentakab, Pahang.Handle and guide a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly sales target.Manage and arrange merchandisers to execute task assigned.Manage and control all the accounts within the permitted limit.Job Responsibilities To meet sales and distribution target being set.To manage the sales team to meet monthly collection targets.To explore new initiative & market opportunities to drive additional sales.To develop potential key customers.To perform Monthly Store audits based on Market Audit standards.Conduct internal/external Sales & Business reviews regularly.
