Job Description: 



-Executive Assistance: Manage CEO's calendar, travel, and confidential information; prepare documents and assist with meetings. 


-LinkedIn Management: Develop and post content for CEO's LinkedIn; engage with the audience to build the CEO's professional presence. 


-Social Media Management: Oversee company social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu); plan and post content, and track engagement. 


-Website Content Management: Keep website content up to date and relevant; work with the marketing team to enhance user experience. 


-Event Coordination: Organize in-house digital training events for corporate clients, manage logistics, and help create marketing materials for events.

Qualifications: 



-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 


-Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. 


-Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management. 


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools. 


-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 


-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
