About the role The Executive Assistant to the VP - Sports (Asia) will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the management by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondences, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings, etc.
Reporting to the VP - Sports (Asia), you will be responsible for: Maintain and manage the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and follow-up actions.
Prepare and draft reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Assist with the coordination and execution of various projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and compile information as required.
Act as a point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Foster and maintain positive relationships on behalf of the executive In order to be successful for the role, you should ideally have: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, high accuracy in recording data and manage time effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
