Executive Assistant Description This position is the role of an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) as well as being responsible for the overall corporate communications strategy for the Malaysia Affiliate.
Key responsibility is to provide excellent executive service and support to the MD and ad hoc for other members of the leadership team, as well as to implement communications projects and strategies relevant to the Company.
What You Will Achieve • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence, managing company intranet, and crafting press releases.
• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, conduct research, and collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with corporate branding.
• Plan and execute internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications What You Will Need • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with excellence in creating dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and implement engaging presentation content.
• Familiarity with design principles and ability to create visually appealing slides.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
