The Executive Assistant plays a key role in providing administrative support to the Executive Director's daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the firm. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Executive Director of BDO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills.Key responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, managing correspondence, calls, and emails efficiently and professionally.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, which includes managing calendars, organising meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and business associates.
Manage and organise key meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and prepare the reports and materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations for the Executive Director.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director.
Manage critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other specifically assigned tasks.Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally gained in a professional practice environment.
Preferably candidates with Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.Other skills:
Possess strong people management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
