Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant, you are responsible for being the right-hand person for the Chief Innovation Officer (C.I.O). Your job duties are to act as a sounding board for the CIO regarding new ideas and strategies, communicate with other executives, clients, and stakeholders, take meeting notes and attend meetings on the CIO's behalf, and help the CIO prioritize their time. Trust, Reliability and Confidentiality is of utmost importance in this role as information will be shared freely between the CIO and you. Your key role is to ensure all business matters of the CIO are organized.

 Your day-to-day role includes but is not limited to, assisting the CIO in all business-related matters, keeping up and following up with business partners and collaborators, researching and providing insights to the CIO in business matters.

Duties and Responsibility



-Work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer at Fire Fighter Industry.


-Act as the main consultant to the C.I.O.


-Organize meetings with partners and clients.


-Handling correspondence with teammates in the innovations team.


-Taking down minutes for meetings.


-Maintaining close relationships with business partners.


-Aiding in the execution of plans of the C.I.O.


-Giving insights to the C.I.O.


-Structuring plans that have been put up by the C.I.O.


-Assist in the execution of plans.


-Assist in any related research.


-Work closely with the rest of the Innovations team.

; Requirements:-


-At least a Diploma in any field is preferred, a Bachelor's Degree or higher is a plus.


-Have project management or coordination skill. 


-Minimum 2 years of experience.


-Highly organized, meticulous, and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines.


-Strong verbal and written communication skills.


-Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues.


-Proficient computer skills.
