-Provide general Personal Assistant duties for the Executive Director such as managing daily meeting schedules and appointments, reports, call screening, travel itineraries and arrangements, and any other administrative matters.
-Manage a junior team member and driver for the Executive Director, including managing associated schedules and tasks.
-Achieving any work objectives and targets set by the Group. Including arranging and coordinating appointments for sales meetings or for clients and helping in achievement of the Group's sales targets.
-Researching and developing any work-related materials, including training modules and proposals.
-Assisting the management of projects that the Group has, including preparation of documentation, reports, meeting briefings and all other work associated with managin projects and clients that is within the purview of the Executive Director.
-Obtain and coordinate appointments with senior leaders, government ministers and/or CEOs of companies for courtesy visits and company presentations.
-Accompanying the Executive Director for corporate events, important meetings, and etc. This applies to both virtual and face-to-face meetings and to follow ups.
-Preparing and ensuring the availability and the accuracy of documents for meetings, including preparing proposals and presentations adhering to submission deadlines.
-Liaising between co-workers, external personnel and the Executive Director.
-Liaising and managing overseas staff and partners for meetings where needed for company growth.
-Take meeting minutes, distribute agendas, and follow up on action items.
-Assist the Executive director and Senior Executive Assistant with claims, payments, finance related reports and organization of financial documents for audits and other matters related to finance.
-To assist in managing and creating documentation in MandA and strategy funding documentation
-Assist in researching and identifying suitable awards, grants, and award opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals.
-Manage special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties for the Executive Director as and when required.
-Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of points of contact, management and staff.
-Having a good understanding of developing PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel and any other related Microsoft Office software for research purposes and to present to clients as and when needed.
-Carry out with excellence any other duties as assigned.

; Requirements:-
-Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration or any related field.
-Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
-Experience working with closely top management will be valuable.
-Self-motivated with excellent organisational and execution skills.
-Able to prioritize effectively and anticipate the needs of the Executive Director.
-Detailed, responsible, proactive, efficient, confident, positive and result oriented.
-Be flexible and work independently with a positive working attitude.
-Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
-Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
