You will be looking after the business affairs of a busy business leader for a well known Malaysian Company whose office is based in Kuala Lumpur.
You will need to be highly organised and efficient with a high level of attention to detail. This role will provide also provide support to the senior management team, updating on deadlines and assisting in managing project timelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director , including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements as required.
Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events.
Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met.
Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Qualifications: Desirable to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional and polished demeanour.
