Details of the offer

To provide administrative support to the CEO/COO.- Organize travel arrangements and meeting appointments.- Handle CEO/COO personal claims and utility bills.- Dealing with income tax, visa and other CEO/COO personal matters.- Assist in other administrative works as assigned.- Prepare minute meeting- To provide comprehensive organizational, secretarial and administrative support to the CEO/COO and completing tasks as directed.- To work closely with the CEO/COO through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefings and materials.- To follow up on action points from meetings and responding to queries on behalf of the CEO/COO- Prepare minute meeting- Organize travel arrangements and meeting appointments.- Maintain personal filings and documentation.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your expected salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
