Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Provide support on various ad hoc and administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, reports, tender, and other documents as needed.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of daily activities within the company and act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Ensure everything runs smoothly enabling the CEO to concentrate on more important priorities without any interruptions.
The Profile Requirements: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proactive approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role (preferred but not required for fresh graduates).
High emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively manage interactions, handle feedback, and fostering positive relationships.
Flexibility to work after hours or outside regular business hours when needed.
Valid driver's license.
