The Role
We are expanding in the region and require aSenior Operations and Executive Assistantto work closely with the Director of the Academic Department. This role will suit a dynamic team player with experience in managing operational tasks and high-level administrative duties. You will be an effective communicator, able to multitask and looking for an opportunity to grow professionally.
Your Responsibilities
Work closely with the Director to ensure smooth workflow and growth.
Keep minutes of meetings and manage timelines and follow through.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures under guidance.
Act as the liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Analyse reports with the Director and highlight relevant details.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Manage the Director's calendar and schedule meetings, preparing materials and information when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management and executive assistance in a similar field.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication skills withexcellent spoken and written English .
Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum of four years experience in a similar position.
Excellent interpersonal skills and both a problem solver and team player.
Computer literate and able to work with Excel, Word, and company-related software and Zoom accounts.
