Job DescriptionAs an account servicing executive, you will manage client relationships and ensure successful campaign execution. You will also need to understand client objectives, collaborate with internal teams to deliver the expected results for the campaigns. Our campaigns are all executed via social media and such an understanding and a passion for social media will be an added advantage for this role.
Job RequirementsClient Relationship Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their objectives.
Strategic Planning: You will work closely with the sales team to execute media strategies aligned with client objectives. Comprehensive campaign briefs and timelines will be needed to ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of campaigns across relevant social media platforms including scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate performance reports after campaigns have concluded, presenting the results to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:At least 1 to 2 years in account management or client servicing, preferably in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and able to translate data into actionable insights.
A keen eye for attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise between clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Able to work collaboratively in a team.
Highly organised with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
A passion for social media and understanding of industry trends and best practices are an added bonus.
Candidates who have an appreciation for coffee is definitely a plus point.
