Executive, Branch Financial Admin

About You
CARSOME is looking for a qualified Branch Financial Admin to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for the sales team.
Your Day-to-Day
In charge of collecting payment from clients who buy cars
Communicate with individuals from banks and credit companies to assist clients with loan applications and loan collections
Work with HQ financial personnel to double-check the branch's bank account bookings and reconcile petty cash
Issuance of payment receipts for bookings and down payments, invoices, submission documents to the bank for loan disbursement
Create and update data in our CMS system
Manage and control car keys and trade plates
Upload documents and details to Google Drive
Your Know-How
Preferably Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry
Good communication skills & teamwork
Strong administrative skills
