Position Responsibilities:To ensure the smooth running of the branch operations
To provide support to advisers by providing information on products, promotions, or campaigns
To support the sales and recruitment activities for Advisers at the branch
To coordinate training sessions & activities for Advisers at the branch
To deliver quality customer service to advisers and unit holders by attending to their queries and complaints
To prepare sales and recruitment report for the branch.
Requirements:Experience within the financial services industry
Meticulous with good interpersonal skill
Able to communicate with people from all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office
