Executive Business Development

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sites specifically in billboards industry and developing relationships with local authorities and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Site Acquisition: Identify and engage land owner and local authorities for approvals / consent for billboard.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationship with local authoritiesApprovals renewal: Prepare documentation and ensure licenses, permits and other approvals to be renewed on yearly basis before expiry.Proposal Creation: Prepare and present tailored proposals for site acquisitionCoordination: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely installation of billboardsReporting: Maintain records of acquisition activities, local authorities interactions and prepare reports for management review.
 Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.Experience: 1-5 years of experience preferable in the outdoor advertising industrySkills: 
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently
- Understanding of the outdoor advertising landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
