Maintain good collaboration with SME Sales Channel by providing great business support. Engage and assist with Branches, Alternate Channel, Business Centre and BWS in dealing with SME Customer. Create and monitor all internal activities in order to increase AFFINMAX utilization. Assist in identifying and remedy all issues responsibly and professionally pertaining to AFFINMAX for customers through 1st level of support. Ensure customers are familiar with usage of AFFINMAX through initiatives and guides. Actively engaging existing customers for other AFFINMAX services i.e. payment and collection. To engage customers on manual transaction to sign up for AFFINMAX transaction module. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure everything needed is provided. Work with internal especially branches and AFFINMAX ambassador to ensure better support provided on our product. Assists in preparing the approval request for submission to relevant parties.
