What you'll be doing Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase your expertise in Hospitality & Tourism cuisineManage and motivate a team of skilled Chefs/Cooks to deliver consistently exceptional dining experiencesEnsure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulationsCollaborate with the management team to optimise kitchen operations and control costsFoster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment in the kitchenProvide training and development opportunities for the culinary team What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the Hospitality & Tourism industryProven track record of creating and executing successful menus that cater to diverse customer preferencesStrong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing culinary teamExcellent understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operationsPassion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and incorporating innovative cooking techniquesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and the management team
